Booking an appointment at Rooted Radiance Aesthetics confirms that you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Cancelation Policy
Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable, and the appointment times are limited. I kindly ask that you provide a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment, if you cancel or reschedule within that 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of your service price.
You can find the link to cancel or reschedule through your initial confirmation email you received after booking.
No-Show Policy
All no shows will be charged 100% of the original booked service price.
A no-show fee of 100% of the service will be charged if you failed to not show for an appointment this fee cannot be put towards a future service and will be charged to the card on file at the missed appointment date and time. A client with three cancellations, reschedules or no shows in a row risk being terminated from my practice.
Clients will not be able to book any future appointments until the late cancellation, late reschedule, or no-show fee is paid in full.
Fees are not to be applied toward any future services as it is compensation for the losses accrued from the originally reserved, but cancelled, appointment time.
Late Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, I may have to ask that you reschedule your appointment. If I am unable to take you at the time you arrive to your appointment due to being late, you will be charged 50% of the service price due to it being considered a late cancellation and to cover any losses a missed service has.
If you are late and the service is able to be performed, your service may be shortened to avoid running late and inconveniencing the clients booked after your appointment. There is a $20 late fee to compensate for the inconvenience of rushing the service and shortening necessary time needed for consultation and proper clean up.
Card Policy
All clients must have a current or active card on file at all times or risk not being able to book future appointments. If fees for a late cancellation, late reschedule or no-show fee is not paid in full.
Your card will only be charged for late cancellations, late reschedules, or no-show appointments without notice.
Failure to have an active card on file will result in a suspension in booking any future appointments until a new card is presented and payment is collected.
I reserve the right to refuse service.
